Natalie Juarez started with Rainbows for All Children in May of 2019 as the Resource Development Associate. While working closely with the Rainbows for All Children team, she is responsible for coordinating Rainbows’ fundraising events to maintain and ensure that our programs remain free to communities and children who need it. She works to engage the community to foster and grow relationships with those who want to be connected to Rainbows and its mission to serve youth.
Natalie is committed to the mission of Rainbows and believes that children who have experienced trauma need somewhere they can express their thoughts and feelings, so they do not feel alone in their experience. Children need adults in their lives who they can trust and who can support them especially during times of distress.
Natalie has earned her B.S in Psychology from UW-Parkside and has 10 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations. She has previously worked at the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center where she provided prevention education to students throughout Lake County, oversaw the advocacy program and volunteers within those programs while recruiting and training new volunteers. Prior to that she worked at Center for Enriched Living where she supervised an adult day program for folks with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
Currently, Natalie lives in Kenosha with her two dogs. She loves reading and listening to podcasts when she can. When the weather is nice, she enjoys camping and hiking all over Wisconsin and working in her yard.
