Join us for an educational Lunch and Learn\, November 12th!\nRegister here!\n\n\n\nDescription:\nGroups can offer people a sense of community\, opportunities to learn and practice new skills\, and a view to certain aspects of their personality that may otherwise be hard to see. Yet\, not every group that forms will help its members achieve these goals. In order for them to do so\, they must be led by well-informed\, forward-thinking facilitators. This presentation is designed to provide facilitators with an understanding of the different stages that groups progress through and the types of questions and worries that often affect their members. Using this information\, facilitators will be better able to lead their groups\, and anticipate and respond to any challenges and obstacles that arise in them.\n\n\n
