Danielle DeCosmo, Secretary

"I joined the board because I wanted to assist in the advocacy for youth experiencing grief, and I’m excited to continue growing our impact in communities around the world."

By day, Danielle works as a Program Manager at RUSH Health, where she focuses on value-based care strategy and operations for the RUSH network of healthcare providers. Her background includes 8 years in the healthcare industry, and she's previously worked at West Monroe Partners as part of their healthcare consulting practice. 

Danielle brings organization, strategic thinking, and positive energy to the board of directors, and is especially passionate about the Rainbows mission because it provides support to the youth in our communities who need it most.

When Danielle is not working or attending board meetings, you can find her on a tennis court with friends or at the park with her English Bulldog. 

One fun fact about Danielle is that she is an avid baker and even made her sister's wedding cake last year.
