Lincoln Park Therapy Group, Founder/CEO
Nicolle Osequeda, MA, M.Ed., LMFT, CDWF
“I joined the board because I believe every child deserves support through life’s hardest moments—and I’m excited to help grow Rainbows’ impact in the Chicago community and beyond.”
By day, Nicolle works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Founder and CEO of Lincoln Park Therapy Group in Chicago. Her background includes nearly 20 years in the mental health field, and she has previously worked with organizations such as DePaul University and Youth Outreach Services.
Nicolle brings compassionate, strategic, and wholehearted energy to the board and is especially passionate about the Rainbows mission because she’s worked with many children and families navigating change, loss, and life transitions.
When Nicolle is not working or attending board meetings, you can find her spending time with her two young sons, socializing with friends, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and staying active in her parish and school community.
One fun fact about Nicolle: She was featured in Vogue as one of Chicago’s Influential Women and has been a mental health expert on WGN News, Fast Company, Newsweek, and USA Today.
