Demi Hutchinson, Chair

“I joined the board because I lost my father in high school and know how isolating grief can feel at that age, and I’m excited to contribute to Rainbows mission of supporting every youth around the globe experiencing grief and loss.”

By day, Demi works as a Partner at PierceGray, where she focuses on executive search for private equity. Her background includes 15 years in executive search and operations, and she has previously worked at GE Healthcare.  

Demi brings strategic vision, results orientation, and positive energy to the board, and is especially passionate about the Rainbows mission because, as a former facilitator, she has seen firsthand how powerful the Rainbows program is in connecting youth navigating grief and helping them feel less alone.

When Demi is not working or attending board meetings, you can find her playing tennis or working out at Orangetheory. One fun fact about Demi is that she is 75% of the way to her bucket list goal of attending every tennis Grand Slam - Australian Open next!
