Ext. 315

Chloe (she/her) joined Rainbows in 2025 as Rainbows Program Coordinator. Her responsibilities include updating program curriculum, adapting training materials, managing program evaluation and measurement, collaborating with coalition partners, publishing the facilitator newsletter, and providing additional support to the team as needed.

Chloe is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), earning both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Loyola University Chicago. Her graduate studies specialized in Public Policy, Community Advocacy, and Nonprofit Leadership. Before joining Rainbows, Chloe served as a Policy Associate at a children and family services nonprofit where she advocated for state legislation to strengthen family systems, provide equitable access to basic economic supports, and reduce interactions with the child welfare system.

Chloe is a strong advocate for meeting people where they are and working alongside impacted groups to develop tailored social, emotional, and practical support systems that best meet their needs. She was drawn to the ways Rainbows embodies this philosophy, offering children and youth safe, judgement-free spaces to build supportive peer relationships while navigating their journeys of grief and loss. She looks forward to learning from the Rainbows community, drawing on their diverse perspectives and lived experiences to co-create inclusive and dynamic programs.

After hours, Chloe is an active member of a local community advocacy group in Uptown Chicago. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, she also enjoys spending time at Chicago’s lakefront, trying new restaurants/cuisines, and tuning into women’s basketball games.
