“I enjoy working at Rainbows because children and youth need more trusted adults and safe spaces to strengthen their relationships to themselves and others. I’m excited to continue learning from the Rainbows community, drawing on their diverse perspectives and lived experiences to co-create inclusive and dynamic programs.”
Chloe works as the Program Coordinator at Rainbows for All Children, where she focuses on enhancing program curriculum, adapting training materials, managing program evaluation, and collaborating with coalition partners. Her background includes a license in Social work, and she has previously worked in Public Policy at Brightpoint, a statewide IL child and family services nonprofit.
Chloe brings an engaged, curious, and determined energy to the staff, and is especially passionate about strengthening social emotional learning curriculum and fostering belonging amongst young people.
When Chloe is not working, you can find her with a boxing bag, trying a new restaurant or cuisine, or spending time at the lake.
One fun fact about Chloe: Last year, she jumped in Lake Michigan once every week during the entire winter!
