Volunteer Coordinator
Paula Carter
“I enjoy working at Rainbows because I believe youth need more support than we think they do, and I’m excited to contribute to bringing the Rainbows programs to more schools in every state in the country.”
Paula Carter works as the Volunteer Coordinator at Rainbows for All Children, where they focus on onboarding new facilitators, outreach, and connecting families to groups around the country. Their background includes 25 years in the retail industry, and they've previously worked at or been involved with White House Black Market and The Gap.
Paula brings positive and focused energy to the staff and is especially passionate about the Rainbows mission because she lost her husband and daughter’s father when her daughter was 6 years old.
When Paula is not working, you can find them playing pickleball, hanging out with her daughter and trying new restaurants with friends.
One fun fact about Paula: She is known for her awesome homemade guacamole.
